Yes, that is a 21IP and it is supported. You won't be able to use any service that is plugged into the onboard Ethernet jack, that will need to be disabled.

No, you need to copy over your zone labels first. So leave your EVL3 installed, add the EVL4, and once that is working you can use the "copy" feature under zone labels.

You then need to enable your new EVL4 for all of your contact.

You can then retire your EVL3
