Re: Rare, but sometimes a command isn't sent
Commands from the portal and the app are queued in the cloud for delivery. If they cannot be delivered for network reasons, they are sent upon the next successful communication. This wouldn't be related to firmware and could be an indication of high packet loss. Submit a tech support request from ...

Its the same on UNO as for a DSC panel. Make sure you have the latest firmware for your UNO.

Re: Anyone using a DSC PC5108 Expander with the Uno?
The DSC PC5108 have 5 jumpers. J1, J2, and J3 are for selecting which bank of 8 zones the expander is responsible for. Bank 0 is reserved on DSC panels for the 8 zones on the panel but on UNO we do allow this. The UNO5108 expanders have no jumpers so I'm not sure where you are looking. Programming ...

UNO TPI (Third Party Interface) Documentation
Below is the latest TPI documentation for developers who wish to interface with the UNO Hybrid panel over its TPI interface. Please note that the TPI for the UNO panel differs from the Envisalink so it is important to reference this document if you plan on supporting all platforms. EnvisaLinkTPI-UNO ...

Re: standoffs for evl3
I'm sure you can shave them down if too big. The ends that go into the PCBs should be fine as they flex.

All we can do is forward this on to Envisacor as we don't have access to the TP bug/feature list. This has been done for you.

Re: help me understand Using Solo wireless with UNO IP Hybrid
You need at least one "receiver" on your UNO system in order to use either our SOLO sensors, or DSC 433 sensors. The UNO has an expansion header where you can install an UNO433RF board. If you add this then the panel itself can receive wireless signals from wireless sensors. As well, you could buy ...

Re: Monitoring Gone?
You would need to talk to your ISP as something is very wrong on your end. You can always use the Request Support tab from your Eyezon portal if your ISP is blocking emails to us. Regardless, you don't call or email to have monitoring, you use the "Sign Up Now" link from your Eyezon portal under ...

Re: EVL5?
I think the whole thing between the 3 and MAX. If you look at the board, nothing is the same. The MAX and the EVL4 have the same ethernet chip, but that seems to be it.
