Its the same on UNO as for a DSC panel. Make sure you have the latest firmware for your UNO.

The DSC PC5108 have 5 jumpers. J1, J2, and J3 are for selecting which bank of 8 zones the expander is responsible for. I think the whole thing between the 3 and MAX. If you look at the board, nothing is the same. The MAX and the EVL4 have the same ethernet chip, but that seems to be it.
