Re: Monitoring Gone?
You would need to talk to your ISP as something is very wrong on your end. You can always use the Request Support tab from your Eyezon portal if your ISP is blocking emails to us. Re: EVL5?
I think the whole thing between the 3 and MAX. If you look at the board, nothing is the same. The MAX and the EVL4 have the same ethernet chip, but that seems to be it.

Re: EVL5?
No, the manufacturer came out with the Envisalink4 MAX about two years ago instead of calling it the EVL5. Its a hardware reboot of the EVL4 but has pretty much the same feature set so I guess they didn't want to get anyone too excited. Eyezon has decided not to retail the 4MAX as something ...

Re: Best way to transfer ownership?
You probably have a paid premium service attached to the module. You can't just delete the device if you are under contract, you need to cancel you service first and then you will be able to delete the module from your account. Email billing at eyezon.com for more assistance during business hours.

I can confirm that the UNO5500 keypads started shipping this week. We started seeing them "light up" today on our system dashboard.

Re: UNO IP Panel - Keypad options
Distribution pre-orders were shipped late last week. You will need to check with the Eyezon webstore to see if there is any availablity direct but they may be in short-supply as I know there were huge pre-orders.
