Re: EVL3 Upgrade
No, you need to copy over your zone labels first. So leave your EVL3 installed, add the EVL4, and once that is working you can use the "copy" feature under zone labels.
You then need to enable your new EVL4 for all of your contact.
You can then retire your EVL3

Re: EVL4HW firmware question
The same firmware is used for many different variants of the EVL4 and sometimes updates don't apply to your version. This is the case with you. Version 214 applies only to customers using the product in SA (Standalone) mode.

Re: Recurring E355 and R355 on Vista 20P
Did you enable shadowing? It sounds like you have a LRR/IP/GSM conflict. When you have two communicators the Envisalink needs to be put into "shadow" mode.

Re: My envisalink was hacked...
Your Envisalink can't be "hacked". You probably had a disarm command stuck in the command queue and when the DST changeover happened your queue was flushed. As for the zone troubles, those are all directly from your panel. It has nothing to do with the Envisalink. Submit a tech support request and ...

It may have missed the update. Reboot your Envisalink and see if that fixes it.

Re: UNO Touchpad App logs out weekly
I will forward your issues to the engineering group but we have nothing in our tech support DB that matches this behaviour. You might as well log a support ticket for this as it may be specific to your setup and we'd need to see what is going on with your account. You can create support tickets from ...
