Re: Hardware and config for DSC Neo (HS2024)
In Universal mode you will receive alerts for fire, burglary and armings/disarmings. In terms of control, you can arm and disarm. In terms of status, it will only tell you if the system is armed, disarmed, or in alarm.

Re: Hardware and config for DSC Neo (HS2024)
The owners of DSC, Johnson Controls, will not allow third-party access to the NEO control bus so it is not supported.
The Envisalink can be used in Universal Mode but you will be limited to to what you can do compared to PowerSeries and Honeywell Vista.

From the portal go to Settings->Actions->Delete XXXXXX
Where XXXXX is what you named the unit when you activated it.

Re: Enabling/Disabling Auto Arm/Disarm via Eyezon
Other than the trailing #, that should work.
*69992#
Remember, this is a TOGGLE. So if you send it twice, you just go back to what you had.

Sorry, I honestly don't know what you mean. You are best to submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal for support.

Re: Verizon blocking email-to-SMS messages from Eyezon
Do you mean Google's RCS? If yes, then no. Most aggregators have paused/stopped their APIs as Google seems to be using it for their native chat service.securitywolf wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2024 2:06 pm Will the DirectSMS work with RCS? (I'll take it either way)?
If you mean something else, please explain.

Re: Verizon blocking email-to-SMS messages from Eyezon
I'm curious why doesn't Eyezon subscribe to a SMS service so messages can be delivered via SMS directly?? We do, and have offered it for almost a year now. You can get DirectSMS as part of your E+ subscription. We have to charge for this because Verizon charges as much as 5 cents per message to us....

Verizon blocking email-to-SMS messages from Eyezon
As many Verizon (Xfinitity et. al.) customers have noticed, on Friday April 12th, the company that handles Verizon's external email-to-SMS service made a policy change that greatly affects how many messages we can send to Verizon's cusomters. Re: UNO IP Chime
Hello, chime for UNO is global and is controlled on the options page. The actual sound of the keypad chime is programmed in the keypad itself. See your keypad's manual for more information. The default "installers code" for the UNO is 5555. It is only used for keypad programming. The whole...
