Is there a way to suppress the phone call for power failure or only call if the backup battery level is low and is not able to support the system on battery ...

Reinstalling app asks if you want push notifications.

Also, in my case, I had to change my other notifications from ELV3 to DUO to get notified.

Recently, noticed app notifications are much faster than text notification (Verizon).

Fyi, resolved. Turned off option 1 on section 380. Error still persistent. Did *6, 4 to clear error. Error still persisted. Rebooted system with backup battery removed which finally removed the error.. I'm hoping turning off option 1 on section 380 does not impact communications to Eyezon monitoring.

If it possible to bypass a zone on the Eyezon app if it's not currently open? I notice the bypass button if the zone is open but is not available if it's closed. Also, I don't see all my zones in the zone activity if there's been no activity for some time.

FYI I checked with billing and monthly is only option for LTE for now. Not a big deal.

Ordered mine on Amazon. There were lots of options. I think it was SMA female to male coax cable. I got one with a magnetic base for easy install on top of the panel.
