Re: shipping to Sweden
Still is $25 but keep in mind that for that price it ships Canada Post Small Packets with no tracking information and generally takes about 3 weeks. It is significantly more expensive to ship it any other way.

None of the H.264 cameras are currently supported. They may be in the future but no timeline on that.

Re: Mobile Portal security
You must be hitting the "Back" button on the browser. Use the "Status" buttons and "Home" button within the mobile webapp and it won't happen.

Re: EnvisAlerts TM plus status
Hi Tom,
You have to have the EVL3 on-line to sign-up.
I will post some more screenshots later today on the EnvisAlerts Plus page.
I don't know what Alarm Relay would do. We just make the fields available similar to a TL150 and you would have to work out any pricing etc. with them.

Re: Mobile Portal security
It is structured the way it is as a convenience. You should have a password to access your phone in the first place if you are worried about that kind of security. So assuming they get by that you can also set the mobile portal to ask for a password. Just bookmark to desktop this: https://www.eyez ...

Re: Does Envisalink 3 affect current AlarmRelay monitoring
Depends on your panel. If DSC, there are no issues. If Honeywell, they don't interfere, but you may have to turn on some features in your panel to see activity in the EnvisAlerts interface. Turning those on will send additional signals to the monitoring station. That is what people are talking about.

EnvisAlerts Plus can be activated from the details page of your device in the EnvisAlerts Plus section.
The main features are:
Device sharing between EyezOn accounts
Device sharing by partition
Opened alarm interface (Alarms Plus - use any monitoring you like)
