Re: Sidekick Question
If I can jump back in on my post, I would like to suggest adding a "used data" or "data available" section to where you can see your Boost subscription and signal strength when accessing the account via the web. That would make me (and others) feel better and hopefully help prevent any fears about ...

Re: Sidekick Question
I received my Sidekick and I'm pretty excited about it. I did have a question about the data provided in the Boost back up. The contract I received indicates that Boost provides "up to 100 kb of cellular data per month." I realize the Sidekick is exclusively a back up device, but is 100 kb even ...

Re: Wiring in Series
Just in case anyone ever has a similar issue, my gut proved correct. I was able to wire in series down in the crawl space where I could merge the two wires without running a new line up two levels to my attic and back down to the panel. What a relief! Hopefully that's the final alarm related issue ...

Wiring in Series
I have two doors that are wired in series, but I am having to change the run on one of the wires due to renovations. At the panel the two wires (door contacts) are linked together in series, but it would be easier for me to wire them in series in my crawl space with a single wire pair running to the ...

Re: Alarm Offline
Just an FYI for those who may run into a similar issue, I was able to get back online and correct my problem. As suspected, I was correct in assuming this offline mode had something to do with the door contact (and the actual door) that was removed during our renovation. After reading and ...

Sidekick Question
I'm interested in the Sidekick, but not as a back up. If I order the sidekick can I use it as my primary communication to the eyezon monitoring or is purely a back up? I currently use a Freedompop sim and a Netgear 4g modem as my primary connection to eyezon. I'm growing increasingly unhappy with ...

Alarm Offline
I have an odd situation and my alarm is now reading offline. When I check the recent activity in my eyezon app it reads "network supervision fault." My keypads are completely inactive and I can't enter any codes. I'm at a loss as to what to do. The keypad upstairs flashes all three lights and the ...

FTC Error
I've had the Envisalink for over a year now and everything is working great! A while back, after cancelling my former monitored service, I had the no phone line trouble come up. I solved that issue by tapping into my magicjack line so that the panel would receive a dial tone. A few days ago while we ...
