I think the notification when the alarm is tripped lasts just a couple of seconds. Is it possible to extend the time of the notification sound?

There was a power failure and now can't communicate to my EnvisaLink, it reports as being offline.

I couldn't post on the EyezOn Board, sorry if it is not the right board.

Sometimes when I open EyezON android app it takes 5-10 minutes to show me the home screen.

What can I do to improve the loading time? And yes, I do have strong signal
