That's probably the result of power saving features that were added in Android version 8. It sounds like their notifications are dependent on the EyesOn app running in memory at all times. Those keypad addresses (22,23) also need to be configured on your alarm panel for the correct partition using *190-*196.

You probably need to go into Envisalink settings to enable partition 2.
