That’s great. I for sure will be a customer I would imagine on a few different systems. I assume best to just keep checking back on the main site?

Re: Envisalink Sidekick cellular backup
Sorry to bug but curious if any update on the side kick. I have had a few people steer me to the another solution since it has that ability but it lacks a huge amount of functions that I love with my ev4. Thanks

Re: Issues with alerts today?
Thanks all. My alerts like the other starting working again last night. Would be nice though if Eyez-on crew could post some sort of system update or status. Something that saves us from spending our own time troubleshooting our systems thinking its us and not them if the problem is known of course ...

Re: Repacing my broken Envisa 3. Can config be transfered?
Thanks. Sucks but I understand. Yeah I sent in an email on the 21 and the 24 to support@eyezon.com.
Do I just add the new one to the same account or create a new one? Presume if I can have both in there then I can just copy and paste between them or something.

Hi, My old one got nuked and need to order a new one. Question is can the config of my old one be transferred to the new one. Or the new MAC just be assigned to my old account? Re: envisalink 3 and power source
Its powered by your alarm panels ps and battery so you don't have to do anything. It takes less power then a keypad would so unless you have a lot of things already on your panel you don't have to buy anything extra. That said if you want battery backup so you can still get alerts etc if your power ...
