I have the same problem. Changed out the last link in the chain - RE315 - for an AV1000 with no luck. Only 1st and 2nd lights/no network. Cables have been changed out as well. General Status Off Line Type:EVL4 DSC MAC:001C2A032B0C Version:176 Have reset EVL4 as well with no change in status or light...
