Suggestion: Could be a good idea for you to send an email to the Telus SMS address of your those with accounts sending alerts to Telus SMS with a link to this thread. That way, they would be aware of this 'problem' and not miss or have delayed events because they haven't checked the forum in a while.

Turns out, pressing the 'Toggle' button on the web interface does a momentary toggle of the relay. Pressing the 'Enter' button on my phone instead, the relay changes state.

Hi, until recently, when using the EyezOn app on my smartphone, telling it to 'toggle' PGM 3, would change its state (ie, open to close or close to open) until I 'toggle' it again. Now, it simply momentarily switches its state (open to close, then open again). It's NOT how it's programed on the pane...

Ok thanks. I do have DSC system. I'll program an output to trigger an input set to instant in the mean time.
