It sounds like you have a real network problem, you should email your details to esupport@eyezon.com and we can take a look at your situation. By the way, it looks like the bogus network supervision messages that started last week have been tamed. They were related to how load-balancing servers ...

I purchased and installed my EnvisaLink 3 about 4 weeks ago. It was working fine and I could toggle arm / disarm from an intranet PC, my droid phone and by internet.
