So to be clear, the bank codes in the jumpers are the same as the instructions that came with the PC5108: J1 J2 J3 on on on zone 1-8 off on on zone 9-16 on off on zone 17-24 off off on zone 25-32 on on off zone 33-40 off on off zone 41-48 on off off zone 49-56 off off off zone 57-64

I didn't read it in detail because I don't have them, I just thought maybe there was a different numbering scheme and that it was possible that you folks used all of the jumpers on the ...

I have 5 DSC PC5108 expanders from an existing system that worked very recently. I simply removed the old control board and plugged the new UNO board in its place.
