Re: SMS to WindMobile
Just put that for your email address, its not sms at all directly just email using the carrier's sms gateway. Beware of the Roger's and their derivative carriers (fido etc) - you have to pay an extra $5/month in order to get sms through that sort of gateway (which is robbery). No you dont have to p...

Re: Firmware update
As I understand 107 is the latest.
Normally it self-updates.

Re: EnvisaLink 3 and Alarm Relay
1) The Envisalink can send standard alarm signals to their IP receivers but I guess they choose not to opt for this. I'm not entirely sure why but this has come up before. If you have a contact there you can have them call us for more information, we will go through the configration options with th...

My own request...- Automatic refreshing.

Re: Upgraded Camera Support
I am a bit confused by the camera setup on my Envisalink3. It asks me if it is a local network or external, then for a name, port, user, password. user, password, port all make sense. What about ip? is that what you put in name? If my foscam is on the LAN at 192.168.0.56:80 and I call it "Livi...

Re: TPI for PHP
The concept of a daemon is pretty much the only way to go I can see. When something happens the daemon can a) Act on it b) Post to a url the event The daemon can be i) php script (not preferable as memory issues and generally php is not clean when run to be a daemon) ii) some other script iii) windo...

Re: DSCAlerts: Desktop App For Emailing Zone Alerts
Any thoughts on opening up the source ?
Or additions to the software ?
Cant wait to try it when my "3" comes in.
Have always preferred to keep as much control in-house than to rely on 3rd parties.
