Re: keypad display failure
What happens when you disconnect the EV3 from the system, does the keypad works as expected? That should answer your question.... I think? Are you sure you have not exceeded the power draw of the system? Is there any auxiliary power? Any possibility that my EV3 is contributing to PK5501 keypad displ...

Re: CT-30 Thermo set away when armed away
I thought Release 1.11.128, coupled with Envisalerts+ allows full thermostat integration (no longer at Beta stage)? Envisalink 2DS, E3-DSC, E3-ADM firmware 1.11.128 Release Notes: New Features: - Full support for 8 Partitions on Ademco panels - Support for Eyezon STAT50 WiFi thermostat (compatible w...

Re: Vista 20p with existing phone dialer
In the case of the Ademco VISTA 21IP, the IP Communicator is integrated into the motherboard and technically is not "physically external to the panel". In this case, LRR is enabled (IP/GSM/LRR Shadowing is turned on/enabled)..... right? Yep, that would be called the "digital" dia...

STA50 (or CT-50) WiFi Programmable Thermostat
How does the STA50 (or the CT-50) integrates with the EnvisaLink 3? Once the Thermostat is installed, how do you add it to the EyezOn’s EnvisAlerts service? What feature sets are available when compared to the Radio Thermostat of America service? Is it possible to activate the Away setting on the Th...

Re: Line cut monitoring test for Envisalink
. . No. We've lost our connection to Eyez-On a few times at both our locations (scheduled ISP maintenance for about 20 minutes or so). In each case, we only received a notification/email. Central station never dispatched anyone, nor did they call . You're good to go. I'm not sure of their policy on...

Re: Envisalink 3 and Alarm Relay monitoring
. . . Do remember that when a module is "unlocked", Envisacor registers the module to whomever paid the unlock fee and therefore effectively owns the module. So if you registered your Envisalink with a monitoring company and you didn't pay your bill, they could turn off all features in yo...

UL Monitoring Options in the USA through Envisalink 3
I am aware of only two central Station Monitoring using the Envisalink 3. Alarm Relay (USA) and s Consolidated Monitoring Limited (CML), a Canadian Monitoring Company. Re: Vista 20p motion sensors not reporting in Stay mode
Correct me if I'm wrong, but when in STAY mode, isn't the Motion Sensors essentially deactivated (turn off), which is why in stay mode, the motion sensor doesn't trip/triggered the alarm? Is this different with DSC Alarm Systems?

Re: EVL3 installation Vista 15P, but no installer code
Have you try the commonly available Installer Codes such as 4112 or 6321. You can also get the code by other "backdoor" methods outline here: http://www.diysecurityforum.com/index.php?topic=27778.0 BTW, these things can be obtained by a quick google search. We are living in the internet ag...

Re: Not able to arm and disarm Vista 20P panel from Portal
I'm I missing something here? I brought my ENvisaLink 3 from The Home Security Store and enclosed with the unit was the literature for connect2 go. Don't all units have this connect2 go sheet? For some reason, I ignore that the enclosed connect2 go information when I connected the unit. So, do some ...
