I have try to activated 3 times and every time I get this message "The Device is Already Activated On Your Account. If You Continue To Experience Problems Please Contact Us For Assistance"

I've registered my Envisalink 3 but for some reasons when I'm login to my accounts it shows "No Active Devices". When I logon to my local Envisalink 3 it shows it connected to the server, but EnvisAlerts Status shows Not Subscribed and EnvisAlarm Status shows Offline. Thanks in advance for any helps ...
