Envisalink integration with Home Assistant (HA)
Hi, this is for any Home Assistant users out there. I am migrating from Smartthings to HA and decided to use my Envisalink 3 to connect my alarm. I used this Envisalink for years so Smartthings could see everything going on with the alarm and the TPI connection stayed connected without any issues at ...

Re: intermittant 2DS issues
There is another forum where we are describing the same issues. Please let the moderators know of your issue. The more that let them know, the sooner we can get this major issue fixed. Update: Online support is saying they have received zero complaints of this and don't seem to be inclined to look ...

Re: Envisalink started showing Envisalerts Server as Offline
I'm having the same problem and it's becoming a real security issue. I've read the previous posts about the radio error that many Vista panels received during the firmware update (and it would have been nice to be informed of this potential via email prior). Now, the system is just not working right ...

Re: Extra charge for opening/closing, etc. reporting
So the problem is solved on the alarm monitoring side, but now I don't get emails when the alarm is armed or disarmed (probably because they had be turned off *65 and *66 below). I do, however, get email notifications when a door or window is opened or closed. I also don't get emails when the alarm ...

Re: Extra charge for opening/closing, etc. reporting
Thank you for the response. It looks like there might be a solution by stopping certain signals from being sent out to the monitoring station, but not to me. Hopefully to be resolved soon.

Extra charge for opening/closing, etc. reporting
So everything has been fine with my Alarm monitoring company until I received notification that they want to charge me an extra $15 a month because they noticed that they are receiving all openings/closings, etc. notifications (supervisions) to their central server (via cellular). They claim this ...

Re: Open Close reporting to station
In that case, I have a question about the dual reporting (which I find is great, btw). I was updating my motion sensors and lifting the cover to the sensor, which, of course, sends a signal to the alarm company of a tampering. However, the tampering is not being reported through Envisalink. I have ...

Events List vs. Zone Activity
Hello all, I have programmed the names of all my zones within the Eyez-on website. I am getting perfect email alerts, tell me the full name and (opened or closed) of the particular zone in question. However, when I look at the zone activity, I am only get some of the zones to tell me what they are ...

Re: Security events
Login into the website. In the lower left hand corner of the screen it shows your partition(s) with your MAC #. Click on that. Once in the next screen, look on your upper right corner and you will see "Manage Device." Click on that. You will then see various options, one being "Manager User Names ...
