I purchased a EVL4 to temporary monitor one of my homes I am selling, I plan to then give the EVL4 to a family member, Can I just reset the board back to factory settings and delete the board from my account so they can set it up from scratch or do I need to contact Envisalink to remove the MAC from ...

Re: Re-Configure

I got it up and running on the DSC system last night so all is working well on the DSC system.

Re: Re-Configure
I checked the panel today, It's a Power 832 / PC5010 I assume that the envisalink should work just fine, I also assume I don't have to get into the panel and make any changes at all to make it work?
Thanks for the replies GrandWizzard!

Re-Configure
If I purchase a EnvisaLink4 and configure it for a DSC panel "hook it up for a few months" then take it out of the DSC panel and default the Envisalink4 to factory settings, can I then put it in a Honeywell panel and reconfigure it to work with the Honeywell panel?
Thanks!

Re: Programming a 20P through the Eyez-On Device
If you have an old 2400 baud Hayes modem laying around and her panel is hooked to a land line you could dial into the panel and make the changes using Honeywell compass software to make the changes, I can help you out if needed. "No Charge" I just do it as a hobby and to help people out. Dean

Re: System indicate "Stay Armed" when armed as "Armed Away"
On Vista-20p alarm panels when you install a keypad or Invisalink module you have to "Enable" that device on a specific address, that coincides with the address you setup on the Invisalink module, Lets say address 19, that would be *192, "Now when you enable it you have 7 choices of how you want to ...
