I will be moving from a network with a 192.168.0.X IP address format to one with 10.0.0.X format. Will the Envisalink 4 module work with this IP range?
I'm asking because when I access the EVL4 module the IP address looks like it hardcoded except the last digits. Thanks.

Re: Upgrading to EVL4
Thanks for your reply. I got it done today and was able to set up the Visual Syslog monitoring as well. The only issue I had was getting the system time update to stay checked active. After a number of tries it finally worked. I emailed Eyezon support and got a response right away with some ...

Upgrading to EVL4
I am upgrading from a 2DS to an EVL4 on my DSC alarm. Is it possible to simply replace the MAC addresses and keep all the notification settings or do I need to start from scratch? Thanks.

Re: Envisalerts Server offline?
As it turns out, I had the network parameters for the Envisalink 2DS set to static, which worked fine until I had to change the IP address of my wireless router since it was the same IP as my upgraded cable modem. Trouble is it took a few days after that change for this problem to appear. It’s w ...

Envisalerts Server offline?
My remote monitoring of my Envisalink 2DS has stopped working since a "Network Supervision Fault" a few nights ago. I can ping the server IP 184.106.215.218 sucessfully and arm my alarm system from my PC on the same network. I've tried re-registering on the eyez-on site, but it says I'm already ...
