Yep, reviewed all those prior to posting. I simply do not get alerts, although they are visible through the http site.

Alerts are not Received, But Can Arm/Disarm
Hi All, I have a Envisalink 3 connected to a Vista 15P. I can arm and disarm events, but when I test and trigger the alarm, I do no receive any notifications! Nothing via SMS or email. I've followed the instructions for the ademco, to enable the keypad, etc. and still no luck????? Any suggestions ...
