Thanks for your reply! I shouldn't have more than 5 users or so but I will keep an eye on it tomorrow just in case the FW update fixes my issue.

weird behavior since the past few days
Hi, since the past few days, when I disarm my system, I get an alert for "AC Failure Trouble Restoral". There is no message on the keyboard and power is on. Also, when I arm the system, the message I get is "Security Event: Opening By User Code 10" instead of "closing"....
