Re: Static IP assignment
The IP100D is DHCP only. To make it static most people just assign it a static IP through your DHCP server (most likely in your router except for advanced configurations) by MAC address. The user password password cannot be changed by the user, but a request can be made to Eyez-On to have your passw...

Re: IP100D access - API
You don't have to write anything! This is all provided through the Eyez-On Secure Portal for free. You can arm, disarm, see zone status, change PGMs, change your thermostat setting, do zone bypass, see the last gizillion events in your system log and more. You can also access all of this on your sma...

Re: thermostat capabilities
Yes and no. Yes we are working on supporting the GE series of communicating thermostats but no, it will not be available on the IP100D. It unfortunately requires a hardware change. I will keep the forum posted and Envisacor is still interested in other thermostats and is taking suggestions.

Re: Not receiving alerts
New users might experience a delay is receiving alerts for the first time due to a practice many ISPs use called greylisting. When a mail server receives email from another mail server it has never seen before it may block the email as SPAM until the new server retires the transmission sometime late...

Re: IP100D Installation
Hi there, on the smaller and older DSC panels they sometimes omit the RED/BLACK terminals to save money. These are just the same as AUX+(Red) and AUX-(Black) so use these instead. As for module installation, follow the procedure in your panel "Installers Guide". In general, power-down the ...

Re: Mobile App Problem
Hi there. We did a fairly major server migration last week and it is possible your mobile credentials are no longer valid. Re-generate yourself a new mobile link from your account page. That should fix this.

Re: TL-150 vs IP100D ?
The local web pages on the two products are nearly identical, I think you get to control PGMs on the IP100D and not the TL-150, that's the only difference. If this is all you are interested in then you can use either module in your application. There is no open protocol to the IP100D right now but i...

Re: TL-150 vs IP100D ?
This question comes up quite a bit. Although there are obvious similarities, the IP100D and the TL-150 are separate and distinct products. The TL-150 is sold by DSC as an IP alarm communicator in it's line of "TL" products, and the IP100D is more of a full featured TCP/IP interface for sel...

Re: Police PIN Entered
Yes, that's verbatim what you would see on a DSC keypad.
To be honest, I've never seen that event before.

Re: Police PIN Entered
Hi there, if you lookup "Police Code" in your DSC installation manual you should see a note about this. Basically the panel will generate this event if two zones go into alarm within a short period of time.
