That was a temporary issue. Apple had released that version of Safari that was caching Ajax requests in a way that broke half the web services out there. They fixed that some time ago and there are no issues using Safari now.

Hi Bill Meant to get back to you sooner on this. We are still looking at the best way since some cameras don't support https. If you happen to have a static IP there is a quick fix. Just say the camera is "External" instead of "Internal". Then you will be prompted for the full UR...

You can refresh it anytime you like just hit the "Status" in the bottom left corner and it will refresh the screen.
The only reason we don't auto-refresh is so that you don't forget that it is open and you accidentally drive your cell data bill up.
