Re: EnvisAlarm monitoring if Internet line cut
I have a Netgear 6100D LTE Gateway, costs $3.99 a month for 500mb on FreedomPop.
My Comcast plugs in the wan port of the 6100D as long as there is internet coming in, the LTE sits idle and I use zero mb of LTE.
If the Comcast goes down it fails over to the LTE and the EVL4 stays online.

Cameras
Just curious, if you add the recommended cameras to the Envisalink 4, are there any benefits beyond the fact that Envisalink gives you a portal to look at those cameras? Does the system start emailing out stills if the alarm goes off like my old Visonic system did? Can the Envisalarm monitoring folk...

Fast EnvisAlarm Response
We just set off the alarm by mistake, as soon as I could grab the keyfob and turn it off, EnvisAlarm was calling. Lightning fast response and courteous operators. Thank you!

Re: Duplicate Mac Addresses causes IP conflict message
What is the router model? I am not familiar with setting static client IP's at the router. I would leave the router as the DHCP server, set a static IP for the extender on the extender in the extender's GUI, and turn off if possible the extender's DHCP server ability, let it pass DHCP duties to assi...

Re: Mobile Link
Curious what everyone who is requesting an app would expect from an app that the mobile link does not do now? Mobile link icon seems to work fine.

Log in and reboot the EVL-4. Once logged in click manage device then you will see the reboot.

[Comcast Cable Gateway]--------------->>>[Netgear LG6100D LTE Gateway}------------------>>>[EVL-4] The Netgear LG6100D LTE Gateway has an ethernet WAN port. As long as the WAN port detects incoming internet connection from the cable internet gateway, the LTE connection is dormant. If the 6100D WAN d...

Re: Envisalink 4 Already Enrolled Message
An idea
If the gateway or router in use at the customer's premise shows the MAC address of the connected devices, (my Xfinity gateway does), read electronically from the EVL-4, check to see if it matches the MAC address printed on the sticker?
