You have a Keybus Fault. Seeing that you can arm from your Envisalink module (IP170D), 99% you accidentally unhooked either the yellow, green, or both wires either at the Keypad or most likely, at your panel when you were connecting the IP170D.
Look there first.

Re: On the IP170D local page What does Envisalert Status mea
Envisalerts is the official name of the IP service offered by Eyez-On. It is the name given by the manufacturer of the modules, Envisacor. Offline means your module is not communicating with our servers. E-mail support@eyez-on.com with your particulars and we can help you better troubleshoot your pr...

No, but that sounds like a good suggestion. I'll pass it along.

Canada and US Eastern Time is in Daylight savings time right now, UTC-5. Not Standard Time. That is why the time is one hour out.

Re: IP100D No longer communicating
Just to add, the status of the IP1XXD is easily determined from the LEDs on the module. OPER, RED LED - Off: no power, or no firmware (a failed firmware update could leave the device without firmware) - Alternating on/off at 1 second intervals: module is powered and the microprocessor is functioning...

Re: Monitoring
While it is technically possible to offer professional monitoring through the Envisalerts service, we've been unable to secure a large enough monitoring partner who would accept DIY customers. I realize this isn't what people want to hear but it is a reality of the security industry. So for IP100D c...

Re: Feature request
Hi there, the mobile version of the portal is a compromise between security and convenience. The reason that the mobile version was even created was because customers did not want login to the portal when on their smartphones. You can always use the regular portal on your iPhone if you'd prefer a se...

Re: purchase questions
The IP100D uses outbound port 4021 to communicate with the Eyez-on portal, you do not need to open any inbound ports unless you want to access the local webserver on the IP100D. In that case you would need to open either 80 or 8080 and change your firewall rules to point to the IP100D. The IP100D ha...

Re: Sample HTTP GET Commands?
The "app" you refer to wasn't produced by Eyez-on nor was it produced by the IP100D's manufacturer, Envisacor, so I can't say anything about how it functions. But, it doesn't take much to realise that it simply emulates a web-browser. So the answer is no, there is no document detailing the...
