You need to get the DLS (dowloading software) from DSC and a special cable. I am by no means an expert on any of this so if you want more information I'd try a DSC forum like

Re: Event Buffer 75% Full
Your local (panel) event buffer is nearing 75% full. It is a DSC message to tell your installer that he needs to download your events soon. If you're a DIY, then you can ignore it.
This has nothing to do with the Eyez-On event buffer. So far we haven't needed to cap it at all.

Re: Firmware suggestion
Yeah, we've talked about that too. Envisacor has been busy with the new API firmware so some of these feature requests are piling up. We agree, it doesn't make sense to have it on the status page.

Re: nice product.
Hi, I'm glad you really like the product. In response: 1) I assume you mean panel programming. Not really, there are a lot of technical reasons why this can't be done. The closest thing to what you describe is called DLS. You can obtain this software from DSC. 2) Email alerts orginate at the alertin...

Re: "closed" times inconsistent on local vs portal
The firmware group confirms that this is a bug. It will be addressed in the next release.
Thanks for pointing this out.

Hi, this isn't normal. Could you email your details including screen shots, if possible, to esupport@eyez-on.com. We can help you there.

Re: Firmware update - EYEZ-ON Website
Hi, here are some answers. 1. Right now firmware is "pushed" to all the envisalinks when it becomes available. You don't need to do anything. 2. Sure, just email your BETA request to esupport@eyez-on.com. I think they are still taking testers. 3. Communications between the alerting servers...

When I put "envisalink" into my browser it doesn't work
This issue is reported more and more these days but unfortunately it has nothing to do with the Envisalink and everything to do with the browser. The Envisalink modules uses the NetBIOS name service which was created by IBM but it is clear that Apple considers this a Microsoft thing and does not sup...
