OK thanks. I did get a reply from customer service too. For consideration: It would be nice to have the option of placing the system in temporary NO ACTION mode for testing or work purposes. Hello, new user, subscribed to Envisalink monitoring (Consolidated), everything working great, except that I can't find anywhere a description of what MANAGE DEVICE > "Network Supervision" checkbox actually accomplishes (EVL3 FW135). I find plenty of "supervision fault" reference...
