Re: How to Clear "Device Low Battery"?

No, that is a temporary fix. You must have wireless sensors and one of them is on zone 9. There is no other way for that log entry to appear.

Submit a tech support request and we can look at your telemetry and help you further.

Re: How to Clear "Device Low Battery"?

You changed the wrong battery. The error relates to one of your wireless sensors having a low-battery. See your Eyezon log for which one needs to be replaced.

Why don't you contact us instead? Maybe there is something wrong with keyholder list?

This is from 1.05.208. The local password I am using is "user00001".

Re: Local network access user/user login does not work

There are no differences other than the local password. We don't differentiate between the two at Eyezon. We've been told there may be more features added to the 4MAX in the future as there are no memory constraints as with the original EVL4.

Re: Local network access user/user login does not work

You must have an EVL4MAX. There was a single page manual that came with the Envisalink that explains that the default password is the last 6 digits of your MAC address, not "user".

Re: new evl4 firmware? 1.05.208

As expressed before, there are no issues with the new firmware. It has passed all tests and I personally have it working with my HA setup.

If there is a change it is with Home Assistant. Maybe bring it up on their forum to see if something has changed.

Re: UNO8

The UNO8's only work in Standalone (SA) mode, when the Envisalink is the sercurity panel, or if you have one of the new UNO panels.

If you have a DSC panel, you need to purchase a PC5108 to add an extra 8 zones to your system.
