Re: Enisalink 3 and Bandwidth Usage
Realistically your Vonage device should be the first device after your cable modem and then your WIFI/router. This lets your Vonage device handle all the QOS issues without involving your local router. I have 2 houses set up like this for over 5 years. one is my main residence with ComCrap Cable mod...

Re: EVISA 3 with DVR
Yes this works quite well I opened the ports for my DVR and created the shortcut on the eyez on page using the ports i setup. I had more frustration with the getting it working until i found out my vonage device was also doing firewalling as well.

Once and awhile you might find a used EMS on Ebay or New old stock. You can try setting up a search for such. I'm looking for some myself as well

Re: X10 Controls
I too would like this but from my understanding that all X10 processing happens on the escort module. Nothing hits the keybus. think of the Envsalink as a virtual keypad. Grandwizard or Rich could answer this for sure. I know there is some cross over of Escort activity since youy can control HVAC fr...

Re: HVAC Controls Max Temp setting
Hi Grandwizard! thanks for the changes. Just noticed.
Is it possible to create a button for the modes? heat/cool/auto?
I see the button for day/night Don't know how many use that feaure or not?
How many on here have an EMS thermostat and use the web page for functionality?

Re: HVAC Controls Max Temp setting
thanks for looking at it. I had just assumed it would have had same functionalty of the escort. I can see the normal reasons for the upper limit for occupied places probably more ciritical for lower limits for freeze protection.
thanks!
thanks!

Re: HVAC Controls Max Temp setting
I Should have put this in the main post as well. I see there is no way to change the mode. It displays what mode it is set but no button to change. is the a programming limitation of the module?

HVAC Controls Max Temp setting
I notice that the Max temp setting for HVAC on the web page is 86 degrees. My house is in the desert and is usally empty during summer months and I keep AC set at 90-95. I do this either via the EMS thermostat or via Escort dial in. Is it a limitation of the webpage that only allows Max Temp of 86? ...
