No problem here, pull the existing cable, twisted with the envisalink cable and put back together

I would say that allSecure works ok, the app works fine on LAN, sometimes it has a delay or give some time outs messages while being used on WAN but it's mostly ok. I guess that the main request or expectation others have with a native app is push notifications, "nicer" GUI or that kind of things because the mobile link actually works pretty well in terms of the main functions

as covered on other posts, there are no plans to develop an "native app".

why dont you also enrolll the sensor again, try a difference zone number to see what happens

I would like to have an app too but that is they have said on the past, wait for grandwizard to add more on the why not.
