We've added a network supervision toggle that can be turned-off if you no longer want to receive or see network supervision events.
To access it, navigate to your device details page and then select "Manage Device". You will see the option as a checkbox in that list.

Re: Upgraded Camera Support
Any device that you can view from "outside" your own network is "live on the Internet". Your camera was designed to work that way. Follow your camera manufacturers instructions for security which includes using password protection. All EnvisaLink traffic is encrypted and the site...

Re: EnvisaLink 3 and Alarm Relay - Part II
We've reached out to them several times. With no response.
It may be that they view us as competitors but it doesn't have to be that way at all.
We think there would be great opportunity for all if we were to work together.

They have to contact us first for that to happen. Hopefully they realize that.

Re: Quick API questions
Hi Sorry I missed your questions before. We really just did the Quick API as a stop-gap until we released the TPI. We were hoping people would move to that instead. Although I do understand that there are some advantages to this approach. 1. I've added that for you. 2. For the command just append &a...

Re: Using mobile link with 2DS and iOS 6
It looks like our attempts at a work-around aren't going to be successful either. Unfortunately Apple (who I'm normally a big fan of) really gaffed this time. Safari is quite broken on IOS6. It seems they have implemented a caching scheme that has killed half the web-services on the internet on the ...
