Re: EyezOn UNO-IP Drop-In Replacement Board
Your DSC FOBS should just work like they did before as they are still programmed into the 5132. We are currently working on FOB programming so there is no way to make changes yet. 5132 programming is completely integrated into the UNO zone programming page. One of the zone "types" is DSC R...

Re: How to switch from mobile to original GUI
Sorry, I have no clue as to what you are saying.
All you have to do is download the Eyezon Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and that is it. Nothing needs to be configured.

Re: EnvisaLink down Sunday morning March 24, 2024?
Yes there were intermittent, and regionalized, issues on Sunday morning due to an upstream provider. By 07:00 AM EDT all issues were resolved.
We didn't become aware of the issue until about noon on Sunday so there was obviously no point in posting.

Re: EyezOn UNO-IP Drop-In Replacement Board
I'm still a little nervous about the 5132-433, though. I know it "looks like" a keypad to the PC5010, and is supposed to look the same to the UNO-IP KeyBus. But I haven't connected the 5132 to the UNO-IP board terminals yet, so not sure if the UNO-IP just scans and sees it as another keyp...

Re: Does Envisalink SIDEKICK LTE work in any country?
The stock Sidekicks you see on Amazon and other online retailers, are provisioned with SIMS that cover North American and most Central American countries. We have Sidekick customers all over the world so it is just a matter of provisioning the correct SIM. For pricing outside of the default region, ...

Re: Increasing/changing battery backup
Whoa! Your standard 7Ah 12Vdc SLA battery (sealed lead acid) is designed to provide 4-12 hours of battery backup for both DSC and Honeywell systems. If you don't get at least 4 hours then you have a dead battery. Battery suppliers recommend replacement after 10 years and the security industry genera...

Re: EyezOn UNO-IP Drop-In Replacement Board
Yes, you bought the wrong board, that is meant for profesisonal installers. But don't fret, the board is the same but all the literature and packaging are for Connect2Go alarm companies. You can download the Eyezon instructions from the portal. Yes you have the wrong installers code but if you are r...

Re: To use Envisalink or pay for Total Connect
Anything you get with Total Connect you get with the Envisalink but with no monthly fees. TotalConnect cannot even support more than 2 partitions while the Envisalink supports all 8 on the larger panels.

Re: How to resolve a Network Supervision Default?
You are talking about a Network Supervision FAULT, not default. That's kinda funny in an engineering sort of way. The message means that the Envisacor servers lost contact with the Envisalink for more than 10 minutes. You need to figure out why this is as it could be for any number of reasons. Check...
