Partitions 1 and 3 issues (double SMS)

Hi,

My name is Diego, I have a Vista 21IP, and I installed an Envisalink 4 without problem. Here is the thing, when I arm or disarm the system I received 2 sms or more, saying that I armed or disarmed partition 1 and 3, I only have 1 partition.

There's any way to remove or delete that partition?
It doesn't matter if I use the keypad or the app, also I tried with master code and a regular user code. Nothing.
That keypad is supposed to have access to partition 1, not to the 3. (I don't even know what that p 3 is).

Partition 3 is the Honeywell "Common Partition". If you have set a user code to be "common", or there is a zone in partition that is also selected as "common", the panel will generate two events, one for the selected partition, and one for the common partition.

Figure out which of your zones or users have this programmed and turn it off. You will then get only one signal from the panel.
