How to program DSC for Eyez-On Alarm monitoring?

I am very worried about the lack of support. I signed up for the Eyez-On alarm monitoring about two weeks ago and I was sent a certificate of alarm monitoring and that is it.

My alarm was previously monitored by another company. I replied to that email and asked for the proper programming instructions. Since this is not using the PSTN nor an official DSC communicator module I would expect that you have these instructions readily available.

I replied to the certificate of alarm monitoring and haven't gotten any response. As of now my alarm panel is still dialing the old alarm company and I would like that to stop. I don't expect you guys to hold my hands, simply tell me what settings need to be changed. But

I have tried to change the PSTN number from D18000.... to DCAA like what's used when using a DSC Internet Communicator but my system is still dialing the old central station.

Please contact technical support as I don't see a single support ticket on your account, nor any request for monitoring, nor any communication whatsoever.

There is no programming required for the Envisalink and that is one of the best features of the module. Any yes, it is a Sur-Gard (DSC) supported communicator.
