How to program DSC for Eyez-On Alarm monitoring?

I setup the Eyez On Alarm Monitoring service. I have not been sent instructions on how to program the DSC panel. It is currently still dialing the old central station and I want to stop that.

And yes, I have a ticket ID. It is 20518.

That ticket is registered to a fictitious user called John Doe.

If you don't want to use your dialer anymore, just blank out 301. It's in the DSC manual.

Is there a way to do this through the EyesOn web interface or EyezON local web interface?

Yes, this is all done through your Eyez-ON portal. Just click on the Envisalarms icon and follow the simple instructions.
