Envisalink 4 off-line

Hi Here's the scoop:
- i have a dsc1616
- I switched from (internet) phone line monitoring to envisalink 4, panel connected via a powerline adapter
- everything was fine but i wanted to remove telephone line monitoring so CML can call my house when the alarm goes off ( i think it was stil trying to dial the old monitoring station?)
- i decided to clearout the phone number [301], turn off TLM [15] and communication [378, 380]
- after rebooting the panel, I have no trouble signals and the phone line is disconnected from the panel...but the monitoring status is offline..

Anyone know what's happening?
