Phantom Zones

I have an Envisalink 4 on a Honeywell 128FBP. Everything works well except that it will show zones opening and closing, but the zones it shows are not programmed. I have checked the programming for the zones and even deleted them to be safe. It will say zone 20 is open but the keypad shows ready to arm.
