1.07.70 missing events in event log

Since firmware 1.07.70 in my 2DS I am getting no "network supervision fault" and "network supervision restore" messages any more (these used to be very frequent), however there are some notifications missing from my log now (opening/closing doors etc.). The events that are missing from the event log on my iPhone are also missing from the recent-activity listing on the Eyez-On website. For example, this morning I armed and left the premises, and all those events show up in the log on the phone and on the website. However I returned 20 minutes later, and none of the doors opening/closing, and the disarm, from my return, show up in either the phone or website log. After I had been back for a while I did an arm-stay and the arming does show up in both logs.

Sometimes e.g. the arming/disarming will show up but the doors opening/closing will not show up.

Is there any troubleshooting or anything we can do to provide you with info to help fine tune things?

Hi Kevin, the latest firmware changes were mainly to address the issue where some people were getting network supervisory errors when the network was fine.

As for your missing events, this isn't normal so please send your MAC address to esupport@eyez-on.com and we can take a look at your account.
