Envisilink FTC error

Lately Ive been getting a message from Envisilink saying it had an FTC error.

I know I can see the envisilink on the network, and I know the alarm station is getting info from it.

What is this?

This is not an Envisalink message, it is a DSC panel message. It means that your panel is programmed to call a central station in the event of an... event, and it Failed To Communicate. If your panel is no longer monitored by a monitoring company you should turn this off.

I thought I eliminated all of the phone monitoring sections. I uess Ihave to go back and look at it again.....
