*9 Arming Not Working

Got the 2DS installed and running. I am able to arm from my phone with all the options except the *9 function.

Also, strangely enough, if I am logged in to my account on my computer, I can arm using *9 and the code. It will work, but the system will change over to "stay" armed after several minutes.

Bizzarre, does anyone know why this may be happening?

I have the same problem using the mobile portal. The *9 arm function doesn't arm my system, but if I use the custom sequence function and enter *9[user code], that works.
