Recent events and zone activity trouble ?

Hi

Question about zone activity and recent events in eyez-on.

ALarm DSC Power 864 V3.2 with first keypad LCD5500Z keypad zone is for my main door.
I see all zone open and close in zone activity and recent events also my patio door and my garage door same setting except zone direct to pcb.

For my main door on keypad zone (zone 17) i see in zone activity but doesn't look very accuracy and in recent events nothing ? I don't think is normal to get no event in main door ? keypad zone ?

I think you are confusing zone followers with zone activity. Zone followers should be turned OFF by default and should only be used if you require alerting on zone activity when disarmed. Zone followers are actual events and that is why they appear in the recent event logs. If you don't have a specific need to know when a zone is open when not alarmed then you should turn this off as it will just clutter up your event log.

Your Zone Activity map (red grid) is very accurate but reporting gets less specific as time goes by. For recent closings you may see that the zone closed "30 Seconds Ago", but if the zone closed 4 hours and 32 minutes ago it will just say "4 Hours ago".

Thanks you right but you change web site since last time I came online and with internet explorer 9 the link Manage Device appear invisible behind the account or site picture.

I switch to firefox and clearly visible and I made all correct setting.

You should correct the web page or advice in login to use anything else then explorer
