Envisalink 2DS firmware 1.07.78 Released

This is another maintenance release addressing network reliability and server utilisation.

From the release notes:

- Envisalerts Status and Event communications now have different priority levels
- Zone Followers dead-band increased to improve server utilisation
- Graceful NIC re-inits have been implemented
