Hello,
I receive by email all eyezon notification in the next seconds, so it is fast and I have no problem.
The message in the email gives the correct time time and date. The problem that time of the email is an hour before.
example :
For a disarm event at 9 PM, I receive an email that at 9 PM Sarah disarm, but the time of email is 8 PM.
I did define my time zone correctly.
What's the problem?

Did you set your TZ in both areas as per the instructions and the FAQ?

I am in Montreal / Canada, because there is no choice for Canada, so I did choose the America/New York. It is the same time zone.
In my portal account, I choose this option.
In "manage device", I did choose the same thing. Auto time update is checked.
So, two places, I put the same value : portal (account setting) and Manage device -set timezone.
Is there is another place?

Submit a tech support request as we need to see your account to figure out what is missing.
Timezones are by Continent/City, not Country/City. So your timezone is America/Montreal.

There is no choice America/Montreal in the drop list.
I just submit a ticket right now where the time was 9:55PM.
I just receive an email about my ticket with this hour 8:55 PM

This morning, I did check my email by smart phone and not by computer. I did realize that the time stamp is correct by smart phone and not by computer (chrome).
After googling, there is a bug with chrome when displaying the hour.

Yes, my both locations in Eastern Time Zone.
the problem that my Microsoft Outlook Web App is not configured correctly. So I have a hotmail account and when I access my account by IE, Firefox or Chrome, I have the same problem.
I found my solution at this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... on-the-web
Log on to Microsoft Outlook Web App.
Click Settings.
Click Options.
Click Settings.
Click Regional.
Under Current time zone, click the time zone that you want.
