How do I reset my local password on the Envisalink?

This is referring to the password you use to log into the local webserver on the Envisalink itself. Not the portal password.

From your Eyez-On Portal account, select the details page for your Envisalink. On the right-hand side of the status pane, you will see a link to "Manage Device". Select this and under the subsequent menu, you should see a link to "Reset Device Password". Clicking on this will send an encrypted command to your Envisalink to change its password back the the default. The default username for pre-2022 Envisalinks is "user" and everything other product, the default password is the last six digits of the MAC address.
