check multimedia settings to receive messages

When I send a pin request to my cell, I cannot open the sms. I'm in Costa Rica with Groupo Ice i only get the message "Check multimedia settings to receive messages". I've tried with 2 Nokia C1, C2 and Samsung Galaxy always not working, the same the message is coming but cannot open. I also try with Telus in Canada and they can receive the pin number. Do you have a solution to my problem ?

Did you ever get SMS messages to work in CR? I have tried various combinations of settings, but nothing has ever been received by my CR cell phone.

I was using 5068424NNNN@sms.ice.cr but nothing appeared.

Before trying anything with EnvisaLink, try sending short emails from a regular email service and see if those
get through. Then you'll know what should work and what (probably) will not.

E.g.: I can send "texts" to my phone, via email, from any of my five email accounts on different servers/services.

I tried to get these sms alerts to work on costa rica and it didnt work with Kolbi/ICE, I get a file that cannot be opened (ios10)
