Envisalink 4 not sending timely messages

I've had my system up and running for over a year, in the past week my text messages have been wickedly delayed.
IE I arm the system, and anywhere from 10 minutes to 7 hours later I get a message that says it is armed.
When using the app, it arms and disarms immediately.
I have checked with my cell provider, and reset my network list on my phone, reset my modem. Nothing seems to have changed it.
Is there anything else that can be an issue?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Your problem is with your "cell" provider. They can delay messages for days without repercussions as they have a best-effort SLA with their customers.

Just remember, if the event shows up in your Eyezon log, but you didn't get a notifcation, it is your service provider to blame.

We're telling customers to switch over to the Eyezon app for notifications because they are faster and no third-party company sits in the middle blocking your alerts.

I did a quick search and can't find a Eyezon app... can you please point me the right way?

I currently have an iphone 6.

The iOS 10 version of the app is still pending publication with Apple. Hopefully it will be released next week sometime.
