Best way to transfer ownership?

I have an Envisalink 3 attached to a Vista 20P and we've sold our house and are moving (the alarm and Envisalink are staying). What's the easiest to way to transfer the Envisalink account to the new owners? I'd prefer not to do a factory reset if possible (I don't know if they are very tech-savvy or not).

The best way is not to transfer at all. Delete the Envisalink from your own Eyezon account and give the new owners instructions on how to activate it themselves, or do it for them.

We’re moving and I need to delete my Envisalink 3 but it’s not possible. I can see the option Delete when I’m logged in but I can’t choose that option. Rebooting doesn’t help.

I then tried to delete the account but that’s not possible before deleting the Envisalink system (that I can’t delete).

I would really appreciate some help!

You probably have a paid premium service attached to the module. You can't just delete the device if you are under contract, you need to cancel you service first and then you will be able to delete the module from your account. Email billing at eyezon.com for more assistance during business hours.
