I have had a stable system since 2015, that is I have not changed anything other than replaced the backup battery a year ago.
The system is a Vista20P with only the EVL3 installed. I have an application that connects via the TPI port.

A few days ago the error started showing up on the displays. When I disarm the system I now get an additional message from EyezOn
" Security Event: LRR IP GSM Restoral"


So, what Does "103 check lngrng radio 0000" actually mean?

Does this indicate Communication loss between the Vista controller and EVL3?
Or
Does this indicate Communication loss between EVL3 and EyezOn?

Any help would be appericated.

It means loss of supervision between the Envisalink and the panel. Submit a tech support request and we can deal with this offline
